What you give us
Our contact, free review and project enquiry forms collect your name, email address and the details you choose to share. A free review also asks what to review and where to find it. A project enquiry asks which service interests you and where your project stands; business name, project description and website or profile are optional. Each accepted review or project enquiry receives a submission identifier and timestamp. We do not ask you to create an account or collect payment details through this website.
How we use contact details
We use form details to read and respond to requests, discuss possible work and keep a record of the conversation. Your submission is emailed to Midja using our email-delivery provider; the website does not maintain a separate lead database. The form briefly uses your IP address in memory to limit spam submissions. The IP address is not added to the enquiry email or kept as part of our contact record.
Vercel Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand basic website traffic, such as page views, referrers, general location, browser, operating system and device type. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies. We also measure accepted contact enquiries, separate free review and project enquiry successes, submission failures and clicks on email, telephone and WhatsApp links. These events contain only bounded acquisition labels and recognised page paths, never your name, email address, phone number or free-text message. Query strings and fragments are removed from analytics page URLs.
Google Analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure page views, accepted enquiries and general use of the website. The Google tag loads only after you accept analytics. It can use analytics cookies and technical information about your browser, device and connection. We send recognised page paths and approved campaign labels, excluding query strings, fragments, form contents and contact details. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. You can accept, reject or withdraw analytics consent using Cookie settings.
Cookies and browser storage
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. If you accept, Google Analytics can set _ga cookies with a 180-day expiry. Withdrawing consent stops further collection and removes these cookies from this site. Vercel Web Analytics works without cookies. We also use session storage to remember the first recognised landing page, a broad referrer category and approved campaign labels during your visit. Unknown campaign values are recorded only as 'other'. These details accompany enquiries so we can understand how you found us. Essential browser or hosting technology may be used to load, secure and operate the site.
Who handles the information
Midja Studios Ltd. controls the information submitted through the website. Form details pass through our website hosting and email-delivery providers so the message can reach us. Google processes analytics information when you accept analytics cookies. We do not sell your information or share form details for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails only for as long as they are useful for responding, discussing possible work, maintaining our business records or meeting a legal obligation. You can ask us to delete your enquiry unless we have a legal reason to keep it.
Your rights
Under applicable data-protection law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or request a copy of your data. You may also complain to Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner.
